Please request all orders at least two weeks in advance. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by PalChemy Creations.
Inquiries
PalChemy Creations serves El Paso, Texas. This website accepts inquiries only, not purchases or payments. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an order. We confirm availability, design, quantity, price and arrangements directly. Please request orders at least two weeks in advance; availability is not guaranteed.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit confirms an accepted order. The remaining 50% is due at pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable when the customer cancels, except where applicable law requires a refund. If PalChemy cancels and cannot fulfill an order, payments for that unfulfilled order will be refunded. Do not send card details through the form or email.
Pickup & Delivery
Available by arrangement in El Paso, Texas. Delivery carries an additional fee quoted and agreed before confirmation. Shipping is not offered through this website.
Changes & Concerns
Contact us promptly about changes, cancellations or problems. Changes depend on availability and may affect price or date; revised charges must be agreed before proceeding. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Food & Designs
Products are made in a home kitchen under Texas cottage-food rules. THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION. Ask about ingredients and allergies before confirming an order; do not assume products are allergen-free. Follow supplied storage and transport instructions. Each design is individually made and details may vary. Customers must have permission to use submitted artwork.
Privacy
We use the name, email address and order details you provide to respond to inquiries and arrange agreed orders. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive medical information. Our website and forms are hosted by Wix and inquiry notifications use Gmail, so those providers process information to deliver these services. We retain inquiry and order records as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us; verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements may apply. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. YouTube links open a separate service with its own privacy practices.
